7cx Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 7cx ("7cx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 7cx.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features made available through the 7cx platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on 7cx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 7cx platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 7cx platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of account use:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7cx strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. Age verification will be conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a professionally excluded person or have a self-exclusion in force with 7cx.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 7cx platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 7cx makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee or immediate family member of an employee of 7cx or any affiliated entity.

7cx reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending completion of verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 7cx services you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold a single registered account on 7cx. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you. Notify 7cx support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Pakistani mobile number. A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7cx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. 7cx reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawal channel: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any applicable verification requirements. 7cx may request alternative documentation in certain circumstances.
• KYC verification: Completion of identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued identification document. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
• Processing times: Deposits are credited to the 7cx balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 7cx targets same-day processing for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in relation to a 7cx deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and referral for debt recovery.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 7cx platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 7cx does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• 7cx reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed beyond a stated threshold, or where the result is determined to have been manipulated or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulators. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market, and event.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed on 7cx are governed by the applicable rules for each product type. For RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. For live dealer games, the physical outcome of the game determines the result.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, 7cx will use available logs and records to determine a fair resolution. Where a round cannot be completed or verified, stakes may be returned to the player at 7cx's discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7cx offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers. Specific bonus terms are communicated at the time of each individual offer and take precedence over these general provisions where there is any inconsistency.

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are personal and may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they are issued. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• 7cx reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify users who are found to have abused the bonus system, including through multi-accounting or exploitation of technical errors.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the individual bonus terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7cx platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one 7cx account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the 7cx platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing another person to access or use your 7cx account.
• Accessing or attempting to access the 7cx platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7cx platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of 7cx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 7cx content without prior written authorisation from 7cx.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7cx and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 7cx platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. 7cx's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy & Data

7cx processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 7cx account you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at privacy-policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

7cx is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered users to assist with managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable from the account dashboard.
• Session time alerts: Optional reminders after specified play durations.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account restriction of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or extended account closure available on request through 7cx support or directly from the account settings.

12. Suspension & Termination

7cx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, where 7cx reasonably believes that a user has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to 7cx or other users. In the event of termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited where it is derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Balances from legitimate funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file following completion of any applicable investigation.

Users may close their 7cx account at any time by contacting customer support. Existing balances in legitimately funded accounts will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 7cx's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation by 7cx that the platform is available or lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users are responsible for their own compliance with local laws.

14. Amendments

7cx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7cx will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the 7cx platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
